XSnap is a free, simple to use screen capture utility.The lightweight application allows you to capture images of anything displayed on your desktop, including games and other applications.
Although XSnap's interface displays X/Y coordinates when you are selecting a portion of the desktop, you do not need to enter the figures manually, which can be confusing. The application displays a marked rectangle that you place on the area you want to capture, and it fills in the figures automatically.
You then set a hotkey to use in taking snapshots, and you can set any key you like and the destination folder to save your snapshots. You can either activate or deactivate snapshot notification sound and choose whether to move the application to the system tray when it launches.
XSnap will take snapshots as soon as you press the chosen hotkey.
